We are now a carless family. I sold the TL this evening to a nice young guy that fell in love with it as soon as he saw it. We hung out for a while working the deal, going to the bank, filling up the tank, and then finally washing it. It was probably the most fun I have ever had selling a car, tied in with the most bummed I have felt selling a car. I am stoked because this means that we can now get a Civic Si, but we have also agreed that we are not going to buy a car until either February or we decide we cannot go another day without a car.
So starteth the experiment of living without a car.
