Happy Earth Day!

I have an earth-friendly tip for today!

Did you know you can recycle rechargeable batteries
and old cell phones? Well you can and it's convenient.
Here's a link:

There's also some fun projects on the bottom left corner.
The guy on the ad, Danny Seo, is one of my idols. He's
written a couple of great books on green living and has
neat ideas to recycle things you would normally throw
out.

Have fun outside today!

These photos are of a model unit in our building. It's nice to see a space similar to ours all put together. Now my wheels are spinning ...

You know, I've heard of April showers and what-not, but not so much on the SNOW showers. for the last two days it has been snowing here in the wonderful Twin Cities. I awoke this morning to find the world under a beautiful blanket of snow. Had this blanket been put down a few months ago, I would have been stoked...

So, while we had an awesome 80 degree day two weeks ago, we have had some seriously bitter days since. I can't wait for summer to come, I have my shorts unpacked and everything. We have started planning some camping trips and I am even going to get a bike! Yes, you heard it folks, I am going to get a bicycle, and not the motorized kind either. I already have too many of those, speaking of which, anyone want to buy a 99 900RR? I'll make you a deal!

E and I have been hanging out with our new friends more and more and spending a lot of time out of our apartment. We kind of turned into hermits for a while there and now we're back! We went to Jen's parent's house for Easter, and it was a lot of fun, even though I was sick the whole time. Her family is a bunch of comedians, and man do they like their dogs! Dags? You like dags?

We have found a new favorite place to go at night, and we promise we will take everyone there once they get here, it is Psych Suzies, and it is a LOT of fun. The place used to be one of those where the waitress rolled up on her skates and gave you the food in the car, but it has been converted to a great little bar with a HUGE patio. I cant wait to go on one of the bikes this summer, or at least once it gets warm. A side reason for going to Suzies is that our neighbor and friend, Ryan is a bartender there and he is always fun to hang out with.

I checked out a hockey game last week and I have to say, the Excel Center is a nice place, built to look like a log cabin I guess. The seats even have cushions on them! How nice is that?

After a marathon driving weekend, I finally have the Ducati up here, and I am working on getting it ready for the street, just a few more things that have to be done, and it is finished. I cant wait to get back on that bike, even if it is just in the parking garage. I just finished the application of a factory sticker kit for the 900, so it looks exactly (if I put the stickers in the right place) like a '98 900RR. Hopefully the stickers will help it sell. I can honestly say that though I didnt think it would, the stickers have actually made it look a LOT better. They really make the yellow 'pop'.

That should pretty much bring everyone up to speed, dont know what else we have been doing, but we have racked up over 2500 miles on various cars in the last month, so we have been on the move!
